don't quit, get fit
16 years old. This is my weight loss blog. I will be posting pictures that help me to get inspired, and i will also posting my progress and workouts and things like that. I'm doing this for my own self-confidence, and health. I am doing this the healthy way, but if anyone needs any help with anything I promise i won't judge you.

I will not be weighing my self often. I am going by the way i look, not the number. I will update my current weight periodically, just to track my progress. If i truly want to get healthy i will not obsess over the number on the scale.
